If you enrolled for Business Online Banking prior to January 2, 2008:
Your business accounts will be transferred over to the new
Rabo Online for Business in one of six phases between January and March 2008. During the transition and for a period afterwards you will have access to both Business Online Banking services. This will ensure minimal disruption to your daily business banking, and help us provide better customer support. Two weeks prior to your transfer date, you will receive a letter containing important details about your new service and login access. For more information, please contact

Rabo SecureConnectSM
In addition to the new online banking service, Rabobank now offers a new secure login process. Rabo SecureConnect is a secure login gateway which is accessed using a small electronic device known as a security token. Rabobank Security Tokens are small, portable, and easy to use. The security token looks like a miniature calculator, and generates a random 6 digit password around every 30 seconds. To access the security token password, each customer must enter a 4 digit PIN of their choice on the keypad.
The security token increases your login security by combining:
- Something you know: your login ID, password & security token PIN - and -
- Something you have: your security token
This multi-factor authentication safeguards your online accounts from unauthorized access.
Rabobank is pleased to provide a security token to you in one of two ways:
1) In person: Drop by your local branch and receive a personal security token from a Rabobank representative.
2) Through the mail: If you prefer, a security token will be sent the mailing address listed on your enrollment form. Just select the mail option in the security token section.
If you enrolled for Business Online Banking service prior to January 2, 2008, you will receive security tokens in coordination with your transfer date to the new Rabo Online for Business.
