  • What is Mobile Web?+
    Mobile Web allows you to view account balances and recent transactions, complete transfers, pay bills, and find Rabobank ATMs/branches using your mobile phone's browser. You access Mobile Web through a unique URL sent to you during the activation process.
  • What are the requirements to use Mobile Web? +

    To be able to use Mobile Banking you need to:

    • Be enrolled in Rabobank's Personal Online Banking
    • Have at least one active Rabobank account
    • Have a cell phone or PDA with Internet access and the ability to support WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) 2.0.

    Most phones today support WAP.

    How the account information is displayed may vary depending on your phone.

  • How do I log into Mobile Web?+

    To log into Mobile Web, open your mobile phone's browser:

    1. Go to the unique link provided to you during the activation process.
    2. To access account information and complete transactions, click Login.
    3. Enter your personal online banking password and click Login.

  • How do I view my account balances and account activity?+

    To view account balances and activity, open your mobile phone's browser:

    1. Go to the unique link provided to you during the activation process and click Login.
    2. Enter your personal online banking password and click Login.
    3. Select View Accounts.
    4. Your account balances will be displayed. To view activity for an account, click on the balance of the account you wish to view activity for. To view additional activity, click Next.
  • How do I transfer money between my accounts?+

    To transfer money between your accounts, open your mobile phone's browser:

    1. Go to the unique link provided to you during the activation process and click Login.
    2. Enter your personal online banking password and click Login.
    3. Select Transfers.
    4. Select the account you wish to transfer money from by clicking on the balance next to the account.
    5. Select the account you wish to transfer money to by clicking on the balance next to the account.
    6. Enter the amount you want to transfer and click Next.
    7. Verify the information you have entered is correct. If it is correct, click Yes. If it is not, click No to return to the beginning of the transfer process.
    8. Answer the challenge question and click Continue.
  • How do I pay a bill or view a biller?+

    To pay a bill or view a biller, open your mobile phone's browser:

    1. Go to the unique link provided to you during the activation process and click Login.
    2. Enter your personal online banking password and click Login.
    3. Select Pay Bills and then View/Pay Billers.
    4. Select the biller you wish to view or pay, by clicking on the name of the biller.
    5. Information about the biller will display. If you wish to make a payment, click Yes.
    6. Select the account you wish to make the payment from by clicking on the balance next to the account.
    7. Enter the amount of the payment and click Next.
    8. Verify the information you have entered is correct. If it is correct, click Yes. If it is not, click No to return to the billers page.
    9. Answer the challenge question and click Continue.
  • What balance is used to determine if I can make a transfer?+

    The available balance is used to determine the amount of money you may transfer. The available balance reflects your current balance, plus any funds available through your overdraft protection. Deposits subject to a hold, would decrease your available balance.

    The balance displayed on the Mobile Web transfers screen is your current balance and may be different from your available balance. To check your available balance, go to the Main Menu and select View Accounts.
