Know Your Login Page
Do you know what your online banking login page looks like? You should make sure you do. Fraudsters may attempt to gather your online banking information by creating a fake online banking login page. The appearance of the fraudulent site can be very similar to the real one or it could look different but still appear to come from Rabobank.
If the login page looks different and we haven't previously notified you that it will change, you shouldn't log in and instead should call your local branch or eBanking to verify its authenticity. In the case the login page looks similar to the real one, there would likely still be some important differences that you can spot if you are vigilant. For example:
Commercial Online Banking
On the actual Rabobank login page, your login ID and password are entered on the first page and your token code is entered on the following page. A fraudulent site may ask for your login ID, password and token code on the same page or for one piece at a time.
Personal and Business Online Banking
On the actual Rabobank login page, your login ID is entered on the first page and your password is entered on the following page where your Identity Image will also be visible. A fraudulent site may ask for your login ID and password on the same page or your Identity Image could be missing.

- Be vigilant to any differences in the online banking login page
- Do not follow unsolicited Web links or attachments in e-mail messages, which could lead you to a fraudulent Web page.
