Important information about our Personal Online Banking Agreement
Many of our customers were unable to view the Personal Online Banking Agreement when it was originally published.  We are presenting this agreement again to those customers who were affected.

Please read these important instructions to help you log in to our new Personal Online Banking system.

Important Password Information - Please Read

Enter the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number as your 'Current Password' on the Reset Password page.

Step 1 - User ID

Log in to the new platform using your existing User ID in all lowercase


Step 2 - New Security Verification

With this upgrade we've introduced a Secure Access Code, which sends you a short code by text or automated call. We use that code to validate your identity and register your device for future secure logins.

  • On subsequent logins to online banking, or any time you log in using a new device, you will need to authenticate your device by entering an access code.
  • To authenticate your device, choose a phone number we already have in our system to get an automated phone call or text with the code needed to authenticate.
  • If a current phone number is not available, you will be asked a series of questions to authenticate your account.
  • Didn't receive your code? If you are unable to retrieve your code, this is most likely because we don't have a current home or mobile number for you. If this is the case, please call us at 1-855-403-1773 and we can help.

Step 3 -Password Reset

Enter the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number as your 'Current Password' on the Reset Password page.
